Health Cinnamon Banana Bread, Refined Sugar-Free, Oil-Free
Since my last trip to Paris two years ago, I made a promise to myself that I will never eat processed bread again- that I would only purchase bread if it is baked with whole ingredients, and I would only eat fresh, baked bread with no added chemicals or weird ingredients with names i don’t even know how to pronounce. While in Paris, I was at awed over the different food regulations created to preserve the traditions and authenticity of bread or specifically baguettes. This means 4 ingredients- flour, yeast, salt, and water. It seems simple, yet, I was surprised by how good fresh baked bread is.
After returning from Paris, i tried to make everything from scratch and can’t tell you the amount of joy I find being able to bake my own bread (and eating it fresh out of the oven!). This banana bread calls for very simple ingredients and can be made gluten and dairy free. Enjoy!
