Easy Homemade Chocolate Hazelnut Granola, Gluten-free, Refined Sugar-free
An easy and simple recipe you can make at home for granola, saving you money at the grocery store! These granola are perfect because they are:

Servings: 12 (1/4th cup)

3 cups rolled oats
¼ cup honey (use maple syrup if vegan)
3 tbsp chocolate hazelnut butter (I used Justin’s)
3 tsp coconut oil, melted
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: dried fruits, pumpkin seeds, unsweetened coconut
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and cinnamon.
Pour into a Slipat or parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
In another bowl, combine honey, coconut oil, nut butter, and vanilla extract together. Make sure everything is well mixed and smooth. Pour in rolled oats. Combine until well incorporated.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool before serving!
