Easy Sesame Tahini Noodles, Gluten-Free


If you are looking for a quick and easy lunch/dinner idea, this Sesame Tahini Noodle would be the perfect choice! They are:

  • 1 package Shirataki Noodles

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 cup Roasted vegetables of your choosing

Tahini Honey Sauce

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos

  • ½ tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp tahini

Optional: roasted sesame seeds


  1. Prepare the sauce first. Combine all the ingredients for the Tahini Honey Sauce together and set aside.

  2. Heat a pan with 1 tsp sesame oil over medium heat. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles. Add noodles to pan. Continue cooking the noodles for about 3-4 minutes until there is no remaining water. Turn off the heat. Add half of Tahini Honey Sauce to noodles. Transfer to plate.

  3. Top with roasted vegetables of your choice. Drizzle with remaining Tahini Honey Sauce. Sprinkle with some roasted sesame seeds (optional).
