Mini Chocolate Raspberry Cake, Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free

1 small ripe banana, mashed
2 ½ tbsp cacao powder
¼ cup raspberries, frozen or fresh
1 square piece of chocolate, chopped (or 2 tbsp chocolate chips)
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking powder
Optional: extra honey, bee pollen, chocolate for topping
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 2 ramekins with coconut oil.
Combine mashed bananas, egg, honey and vanilla extract in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine cacao powder, baking powder, and cinnamon together. Add wet ingredients and mix until there are no clumps.
Gently fold in raspberries and chocolate.
Bake for 20 minutes. Top with more honey, bee pollen and chocolate is desired.
