Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Truffles, Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free


These chocolate truffles are:

  • no baking required!

Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes (1 hour for chilling)

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • ⅓ cup @navitas cacao powder

  • 1 heaping tbsp almond butter (can sub for other nut butters)

  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey (can sub for maple syrup)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: unsweetened coconut flakes for rolling


  1. In the bowl of a food processor, add black beans, almond butter and oil. Process until smooth.

  2. Add cacao powder, honey, and salt. Process again until well incorporated. Transfer to a bowl and chill for about 1 hour until it is firm.

  3. Divide into 10 balls and roll into coconut flakes. Keep in fridge until ready to eat!
