Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Truffles, Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free
These chocolate truffles are:

Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes (1 hour for chilling)

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
⅓ cup @navitas cacao powder
1 heaping tbsp almond butter (can sub for other nut butters)
2 1/2 tbsp honey (can sub for maple syrup)
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Pinch of salt
Optional: unsweetened coconut flakes for rolling
In the bowl of a food processor, add black beans, almond butter and oil. Process until smooth.
Add cacao powder, honey, and salt. Process again until well incorporated. Transfer to a bowl and chill for about 1 hour until it is firm.
Divide into 10 balls and roll into coconut flakes. Keep in fridge until ready to eat!
